Once you decide to join us here at Newhall there are a number of documents that you will need to fill in.
We will ask you to fill in our livery agreement which states what kind of livery you will be having, all payment and deposit details as well as setting out the terms of your livery.
We will also ask you to fill in a rules of the establishment document, this details all of the rules and regulations at Newhall and also importantly it asks for emergency contact details as well as a signature giving us emergency vet care authorisation.
Also included in your livery pack is a full outline of each of the livery packages that we offer and what is included in each package.
Finally there is a Horse Details document. This document is very useful during the first couple of weeks whilst all staff get to know you and your horse. This document asks you for any relevant details on you and you horse including vaccinations, previous injuries and any habits that we may need to know about in the first few weeks to ensure maximum safety of your horse and all of our staff.
For information there is also a Fire Procedure document that we urge all new liveries to make them self familiar with so that in the event of an emergency we are as well prepared as possible.
